Returns & Exchanges

At Google Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we will notify you via email once the shipment is scanned into the system.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
